What’s the deal with delivery?
All our furniture is delivered by our Abitare delivery team, or a professional courier company, who specialises in furniture delivery. The delivery team will place your furniture in your room of choice, remove all packaging and assemble the piece if required. If for any reason the delivery cannot be made and redelivery must be arranged, there would be an additional charge. Our drivers will only unwrap the goods once they are placed in your room of choice to avoid damages. Abitare is only responsible for the delivery of our goods to your front door and any costs incurred affecting delivery (i.e. window or door removal) are not covered by Abitare or our courier company.
