All our furniture is delivered by our Abitare delivery team, or a professional courier company, who specialises in furniture delivery. The delivery team will place your furniture in your room of choice, remove all packaging and assemble the piece if required.
If for any reason the delivery cannot be made and a redelivery must be arranged, there would be an additional charge.
It is the customers responsibility to inform us at the time of ordering if our delivery teams are likely to encounter any difficulties when delivering to your home due to poor access and ensure that the route is clear. Our drivers will only unwrap the goods once they are placed in your room of choice to avoid damages
Abitare are only responsible for delivery of our goods to your front door and any costs incurred affecting delivery (i.e. window or door removal) are not covered by Abitare or our courier company.

Our delivery times may vary depending on which brand you are ordering however we always aim to get your orders despatched to you in the quickest possible timeframe and you will be notified at the checkout of your estimated delivery time for your goods.
